    Gather your team for a healthy disconnect from work and boost mindfulness through a virtual art workshop. Art materials can either be posted or pre-purchased individually. Perfect for mid-week lunch and learns, to pick the team spirit and practive meditative art and, it's a great way to get people together and brush their creative skills!The workshop will be fully facilitated by your host, Vanessa.
